Job Description:

A company is looking for a Sr. Scrum Master.
Key Responsibilities

Facilitates agile scrum team execution and feature completion tracking for 2-3 scrum teams
Arranges and facilitates daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, story grooming, and demos/retrospectives
Works with multiple scrum teams to remove impediments and manage dependencies

Required Qualifications

5-10 years of experience leading technical and non-technical teams in an agile environment
5-10 years of experience as a scrum master
Extensive experience in managing multiple scrum teams
Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field
Advanced computer skills and proficiency in MS Office Suite
