Job Description:

A company is looking for a Lead Scrum Master (Remote).
Key Responsibilities

Organizing and facilitating Scrum meetings, including daily stand-ups and sprint planning
Managing the JIRA board and backlog for effective sprint execution
Facilitating communication and collaboration among multiple development teams to ensure cohesive project delivery

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field with 9+ years of relevant experience
Current Scrum Master certification and experience leading agile teams
Proficient in the full systems development life cycle and diverse IT projects
Experience with agile tools such as JIRA and GitHub
Ability to attain a DHS Clearance (Must be US Citizen)
