The prime candidate will work seamlessly with both senior partners as well as administrative staff in an effort to effectively serve our clients. Compensation: $90,000 - $150,000 yearly depending on qualifications and book Responsibilities: Conduct research and draft pleadings, briefs, and motions Advise clients by weighing available options toward a successful outcome and plan a course of action Represent clients in court to argue motions during legal proceedings Get the appropriate legal documents ready for clients, such as brief, motions, and pleadings, as well as correspondence Take responsibility for administrative staff relating to client invoicing/billing records, setting up meetings with clients and completing tasks Create content for internet marketing - We will train you Qualifications: Communication, problem-solving, decision-making, interpersonal, and public speaking skills required Jobseekers should be a member of their local bar association - active member preferred Association Over 1 year of experience representing clients in a law firm Able to work independently while handling multiple files Well-versed in legal research software (Westlaw/Lexis) Required Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school; representation of clients for at least 2 years a plus Estate planning, Probate and guardianship experience About Company The Law Office of David M.
