Job Description:
Our client, a leading organization in the logistics and
transportation industry, is seeking a Warehouse Clerk to join their
team. As a Warehouse Clerk, you will be part of the transportation
support team, ensuring smooth daily operations and effective
communication across departments. The ideal candidate will
demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and
a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the
organization. Job Title: Warehouse Clerk Location: Jacksonville, FL
Pay Range: $16 Shift: 6 AM - 3:30PM, Monday through Friday, with
Saturday availability What's the Job? Answer and route incoming
telephone calls; serve as a point of contact for
transportation-related inquiries Perform accurate and timely data
entry of driver logs, delivery records, and transportation metrics
Maintain organized files and documentation of internal data
including bill of ladings, trip sheets, etc. Assist in preparing
daily, weekly, and monthly transportation reports and performance
dashboards Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and
routine correspondence What's Needed? Strong organizational and
communication skills Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
in a fast-paced environment Basic proficiency with data entry and
office software Willingness to work early morning hours and
Saturday as needed Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
