Job Description:
Our client, a leading Manufacturing warehouse, is seeking an
Access Control Lead to join their team. As an Access Control Lead,
you will be part of the security operations supporting a safe and
secure environment. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership
skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to
maintaining high safety standards, which will align successfully in
the organization. Job Title: Access Control Lead Location:
Jacksonville, FL 32221 Pay Range: $17.25 per hour and $17.50/hr
upon conversion Shift: Sunday-Thursday 3 pm- 11:45 pm What's the
Job? Act as a go-to person for fellow employees Support daily
operations and assist with training Enforce facility access
policies, including visitor control and phone/email screening.
Respond to and manage incidents, including medical emergencies and
fire alarms. Audit patrols and checkpoint logs to ensure compliance
and consistency. What's Needed? Valid Florida Class D Security
License (Required upon conversion). High School Diploma or GED. 2
years of experience in security, with at least 1 year in a
leadership role. First Aid/CPR/AED certification (preferred or
willing to obtain). Strong verbal/written communication and
leadership skills. Schedule flexibility to support gaps in shift
