Primary Responsibilities

The Sales Promotion Specialist – Natural position provides the Natural Sales Team (Regional VP, Promotions Coordinator and Territory Sales Managers) support and assistance with completion of day-to-day tasks and projects, research and administrative assistance.

Essential Functions

Work with Natural Sales Team to maintain customer files.

Maintain and distribute various sales reports and publications for Natural Sales Team.

Enter Turnover Orders from Territory Sales Managers, brokers and vendors.

Provide sales assistance to house accounts and other customers as needed.

Assist Promotions Coordinator in completing tasks.

Preparation and distribution of sales correspondence, reports etc.

Coordination of sales meetings, agendas as required.

Provide support in preparation for Natural Shows.

Must maintain good attendance.

Maintain safe work practices.

Maintain safeguards of confidential company information.

Other duties and special projects as requested.

Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, Aptitude

High School Diploma or GED required.

Minimum of three (3) years in an administration role, customer support or secretarial position required.

Proficiency with MS Office and Excel required.

Qualifications / Additional Skills / Aptitude:

Experience in Natural Retails Sales or knowledge of natural/organic industry preferred.

Excellent grammar, verbal and writing skills.

Must be results-driven, resourceful and well organized with an ability to work on multiple projects and strict deadlines with minimal supervision.

Above average telephone skills with experience focusing on customer satisfaction.

High energy level, excellent interpersonal skills, ability to get along with diverse personalities, tactful, and flexible.

Must keep all personnel and department matters confidential.
