Leads Vital’s POS application testing team by ensuring quality
and testability standards throughout the software development
Builds quality within the software development process with
automated testing suites, providing a comprehensive view from code
quality to functionality.
Uses quality paradigms to provide real time quality with use of
automation and frequent regression testing.
Lead the design, development, and maintenance of automation
frameworks and automation test suites and scripts with continuous
integration, testing, deployment and delivery.
Conducts performance, load, security and service virtualization
Lead the software quality assurance functions to enable the
effective development and implementation of testing programs.
Ensures all systems meet minimum organization standards and
end-user requirements through manual and automated testing
Plans and executes change control process for zero defect system
development. Develops quality standards for company products and
oversees the development and execution of test plans and analysis
of test results.
Drives an open and scalable architecture and ensures that the
best technology solutions are being adopted.
Champions for good engineering practices and supports clean code
and maintainability. Plays a key role in fostering innovation and
ensuring adoption of new technologies.
Strong hands-on coding & testing capabilities. Passionate about

10+ years of software development & test engineering
3+ years of experience as test engineering lead, manager, or
Experience working based on agile or lean methodologies. Good
understanding of the concept of shift-left testing and practical
application of the same
Expertise in Selenium, API testing, Appium, BDD (Cucumber or
SpecFlow), integration testing
Experience with mobile application testing highly desirable
Good understanding of SOA and ability to create effective test
strategies for applications built on REST, JSON, XML, and SOAP
Proficient at QA patterns & practices for continuous integration
