Description JOB SUMMARY:

We are currently seeking exceptional candidates for the position of Executive Director. Our community services are dedicated to providing an active and zestful experience for our residents. Candidates must motivated self-starters who thrive in a quality-driven environment. Our Executive Directors are called upon to be outstanding leaders, and expected to maintatin a positive and team-oriented culture for our associates. The Executive Director is responsible for the overall oversight and success of the community. Candidates must be engaging, pro-active, and service driven. Must have prior experience managing and working within budget requirements, managing and motivating team members, and a proven track record of successful growth of the community under their direction.

The Executive Director is responsible for enhancing and improving the SRIM experience specifically in the areas of Artful Dining, Zestful Activities and Heartful Care. Demonstrates and promotes SRIM’s core value of the Golden Rule treating others (residents, families, visitors and associates) in the same way we would like to be treated. The Executive Director is responsible and accountable for the organization, planning and daily operations of the Independent, Assisted Living and/or Memory Care Community.

Position Requirements Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Oversight of all community operations

Ensures that community goals and objectives are met or exceeded, including: Resident Care;

Family Communication;

Facility Maintenance;

Sales; and,

Financial management.

Ensure that SRIM’s programs are being implemented and utilized to their fullest potential

Ensures that the Community maintains compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations

Recruiting, hiring, and training of community management staff, associates and serving as an ongoing resource for these key team members

Ensures associate schedules are based upon budgeted FTE’s and that assignments guarantee efficiency.

Assist in developing annual budget and meets and/or exceeds monthly financial budgeted expectations

Reviewing community policies and procedures in conjunction with all associates

Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience

Bachelor's Degree in business, health-related field or hospitality or equivalent experience

Demonstrated 2-5 years of healthcare management experience, including at least 2 years of recent ED and/or Administrator job experience.

CORE Training/Certification perfered

Average knowledge of Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint

Strong organizational, problem solving and decision-making skills

Ability to multitask

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Strong attention to detail

Able to communicate effectively with all levels of management, associates, residents, family members, and outside contacts

Experience working with electronic medical records

Additional Eligibility Requirements

Must submit to and pass a drug test pursuant to Company Drug-Free Workplace Policy which includes random testing.

Must submit to and pass a level 2 background screening

Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time Shift Days
