Tech Assist Support Analyst
Based out of our Jacksonville office we have an excellent
opportunity for you to become part of an essential team within our
Technology division as a Tech Assist Support Analyst.
In this integral role you will provide technology support to
Macquarie’s internal global staff. You can expect your customer
support efforts to be 75% remote and 25% in person walk up.
Your collaborative approach and drive to deliver will be
utilized as you use remote assistance tools such as phone, email
and desktop sharing.
Bringing your customer service orientated approach and
capability will be as essential to your success as your technical

Macquarie staff continue to receive first class technical support
to assist resolving their issues.
You will be able to learn and grow from working alongside
experienced Support Analysts as well as the diverse range of
businesses working across the Macquarie landscape.
This role is a 9am – 6pm, 40 hour, 5 day work week that includes
a Saturday shift on a rotational basis.
If you have 2 years + experience in Windows 10 PC support,
Microsoft Office 2016 & O365, Microsoft Active Directory and
Mobility device support: iPhone, iPad & Android then we would love
