CSI Financial is actively hiring a Medical Claims Investigator for a well-established company in Jacksonville, Florida.--This role offers opportunity for upward mobility, a competitive salary and the ability to work with a fantastic team!Pay Rate: $12 - $14/hr. Job Description: * Telephonic based role, focusing on making outbound calls related to insurance fraud to medical facilities on behalf of insurance companies * Perform social media and background related searches * Make--60 - 70 outbound calls per day * Communicate with third parties such as hospitals, pharmacies, and chiropractors to gather information related to investigations * Prepares detailed and unbiased written reports, investigative notes, and case summaries Job Qualifications: * Posses or able to receive a valid private investigator's license * Comfortable making high-volume calls each day * Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel * Customer service experience * Availity experience preferred * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Insurance experience preferred INDEAB
