Center (Daytona Beach, Gainesville, Jacksonville, Lake City).
DESCRIPTION This is work interviewing customers that have applied
for public assistance benefits and/or assigning public assistance
applications for processing by: Virtual Intake Unit * Effectively
completes eligibility interviews;* Effectively manages interview
workload by conducting a minimum average of 35 interviews per day;*
Maintaining a 90% accuracy rate;* Demonstrating professionalism
competency, working well with others;* Communicating clearly and
effectively listening to customers. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: * State

should be up to date and complete in order to receive full
consideration. (EXPLAIN GAPS IN EMPLOYMENT AND PROVIDE ALL FORMER
EMPLOYERS' CONTACT INFORMATION).* Prior to interview, eligible

assessment. A passing score must be obtained to qualify for an
interview.* Ability to speak/read/write Spanish/Creole/French or
other foreign language may be considered in the selection process
as determined by need.* Upon satisfactory completion of
probationary status, candidates may be allowed to telecommute (work

verifiable by skills and/or experience listed on the employment
application, including specifically required customer service and
computer skills. Applicants who do not answer the position
qualifying questions will not be considered for this position. Must
have more than 1-3 years of clerical experience in an office
setting. Must have more than 1 year of customer service experience.
Must have more than 1 -3 years of computer experience. This
position requires a security background check and participation in
direct deposit. Note: You will be required to provide your Social
