RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client in Jacksonville, FL that is looking for a Home Lending Advisor as a permanent hire for a leading financial services organization. As a Home Lending Advisor, you will be responsible for the following: * Proactively converting inbound and outbound leads into Prime/FHA mortgage loan applications* Consultative selling of first mortgages (Purchases, Refinance and Home Equity Loans in a telephone environment)* Recommend optimum product / rate program combinations to prospects* Accurately source all business, log all contacts with prospects* Ensure compliance with applicable statues and procedures* Provide feedback on lead quality* Meet required sales performance for pre-established funded loan volume goalJob Requirements:REQUIREMENTS:* Proficient with Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)* Extremely detail oriented* Excellent oral and written communication skills are necessary* Highly organized with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines timely* Demonstrated ability in providing superior customer service and consultative selling* Self-motivation and demonstration of initiativesKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
