Job Description:

The Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for conducting credit investigation and collecting on delinquent accounts.Essential Functions and Responsibilities:-- Contacting clients for payment resolution.-- Negotiating payment arrangements.-- Resolving payment discrepancies.-- Work with Operations department to correct any errors in billing process-- Review credit applications and setup new customers-- Monitored client--accounts--for non-payment and delayed payment.-- Performed follow up calls on past due--accounts.-- Performs other responsibilities as determined by business needs.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:3-5 years of industry experience preferred.A high school diploma or GED required. Bachelors' degree preferred.Excellent written, listening, verbal and organizational skills; Ability to plan and organize workload; problem solve &meet deadlines; attention to detail. Strong ability to work confidentially; ability to multi-task and work independently and as part of a team; above average interpersonal skills; above average computer skills (i.e., Microsoft Office, data entry systems).
