Job Description:

Insight Global is searching for a helpdesk manager to join one of their insurance clients' teams in Jacksonville, FL. They will be providing management and oversight of the daily ticket load and the distribution of those tickets to the technicians. The team consists of tier 1 and tier 2 techs, usually about 4-5 in total. They will be the liaison between the helpdesk and the business units as it pertains to tickets that are opened. They will be managing and maintaining the company's hardware, software and general system changes, maintaining telecommunications for the company, which includes managing mobile devices such as phones and tablets, reviewing services rendered, ordering new services, auditing services for best pricing, metrics and reporting on the telecommunication services. We are willing to work a candidate with team-lead experience/supervisory experience who is interested in finding a management role. There is a 10% bonus opportunity for managers with this company on top of base salary compensation.


A+, Net +, Sec + or MCP

Smart deploy, Certero (Asset Management), Zoho Service Desk +
5+ years of helpdesk/end-user support leadeship experience

Excellent communication

Ability to work onsite in Jacksonville fulltime

Asset management functions, software deployment experience, patching experience
