Responsibilities:

• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Documents patient case information within the database system

Job Requirements:

• Florida or Multistate Licensed nurse license or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• BLS from American Heart Association
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience in Home Health 
• PPD or TB test done within last year.

Pay rate:

*Regular case visit pays - LPN $35/visits between 20-40 minutes

*Each case usually runs between 30-60 days
