Position SummaryWe are currently seeking multiple dynamic and aggressive Senior Account Executives with a desire for success as part of our growth strategy. This is a "Hunter" position. These positions are responsible for achieving individual IT sales goals in all business verticals. The successful candidates will have the experience and a proven track records of individual IT technology, solutions, and service sales. Each candidate will be responsible for meeting and/or exceeding individual performance objectives as established by sales management. This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. Responsibilities

  • Ensure that he/she meets and/or exceeds individual IT solutions and services sales goals
  • Work with the sales management team to institute processes and procedures that drive individual sales
  • Experience with executive and solution selling techniques
  • Experience in selling annuity-based support and managed services solutions
  • Experience in hardware and software sales that add business value
  • Accurately forecast revenue streams in accordance with your annual quota
  • Demonstrate strong people and business leadership skills Minimum Qualifications
    • 4-yr bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent in directly related field of consultative IT sales experience
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and executive presence skills
    • Proven ability to hunt, develop and manage mid to enterprise clients
    • Successful track record in developing new business opportunities
    • Strong customer facing and presentation skills
    • Outstanding skills in sales leadership, strategic planning, and personnel management
    • Highly competitive and self-motivated with the ability to deliver results quickly
    • Sense of urgency, organizational skills, professional presence, and work in team environment To Help You Succeed
