Job Description:Enterprise Overview: Primarily responsible releasing collateral including but not limited to: Real Estate, UCC's, Vehicle and life insurance. Responsible for conducting due diligence of Bank collateral on the system of record (SOR) to confirm collateral can be released. Responsible to also update SOR and collateral release completion. Responsible for accurate document preparation of lien releases and confirmed approval.
