Job Description:

Responsible for administering decisions related to client---s Authorized Service Agreements, protection plans and policies. Job Requirements:What will my responsibilities include? Discuss the order and expectations with the customer, prepare warranty documents, submit paperwork to the manufacturer, and track requests to ensure the dealership is paid for all warranty work done. If a claim is denied, you will resubmit and follow up to try to move the claim forward for approval. You will also be responsible for scheduling warranty appointments, coordinating with vendors for replacement parts, and keep up-to-date on factory recalls and announcements. What key skills and experience do I need? -- Effective verbal and written communication skills -- Computer navigation and operation skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel -- Ability to multi-task and work in multiple online systems simultaneously. -- Ability to display a high attention to detail and perform tasks with a high rate of accuracy -- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work well under strict timeframes -- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills and--strong--decisions making
