Job Description:

One of the nation's top commercial real estate investment brokerage teams is looking to hire a new team member to coordinate brokerage operations.
The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter with an aptitude for grasping highly technical concepts with ease and at the same time possesses extremely well-developed reading comprehension, writing, and editing skills. A knack for problem-solving and performing all kinds of research with minimal direction is also a necessity for this position.--Preferred Skills--

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Ability to read and synopsize legal documents
  • Experience with Adobe InDesign and Adobe Acrobat
  • Salesforce CRM database experience
  • Ability to review and understand budgets and operating statements
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Excellent, writing, grammar, and editing skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience with MS Office
  • Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop a plus
  • Ability to adapt to constantly changing priorities while juggling many competing responsibilities
    --Job Description--
    • Perform market research for property specific site and area information
    • Research potential buyers, sellers, and cooperating brokers
    • Assist in maintaining thorough and accurate records of listings and transactions and organizing property files
    • Track and keep records of lease and sales comparables nationwide
    • Coordinate marketing for 20+ active listings (LoopNet postings, website updates, etc.)
    • Research owners/developers of properties nationwide using CoreLogic/RealQuest and by calling planning departments, economic/community development departments, etc.
    • Maintain proprietary distribution list, sales comparables, transactions, and current listings for team database
    • Abstract leases, lease amendments, tenant financials, and other property related documents
    • Review seller-provided due diligence materials for completeness and issues potentially affecting a sale
    • Management and oversight of Salesforce CRM database
    • Perform administrative functions as necessary including document preparation, managing invoices/bills, travel accommodations, expense reports, shipping/mailing, etc.
