SUMMARY OF POSITION:The primary role of the Portfolio Assistant is to assist with day-to-day operations of the firm. This role offers a unique opportunity to make an immediate and consequential impact on the development of the real estate platform. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Assist with overall management of the portfolioDeal and loan closingsInvestor communicationsMarketingRecord Keeping EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGEBachelor's degree requiredRelevant work experience is preferredExceptional communication skills - both written and verbalComfortable presenting ideas and solutions to leadership and key business partnersStrong attention to detailAbility to establish and maintain strong relationshipsProficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word PHYSICAL DEMANDS:While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to talk and hear.
