the role:As a Consumer Credit Counseling Representative, you will
responsible for providing debt management to default customers. You
will provide follow-up counseling and ongoing support to Debt
Management clients who are experiencing difficulty in making
monthly payments and modify terms of the repayment plan if
necessary and feasible.What you'll be doing:
- Communicate by phone and email with Credit Counseling and Debt
Settlement companies to negotiate settlement of consumers debt
- Communicate with default customers to set up arrangements for
repayment or settlement of their debt
- Respond to written vendor/customer correspondence with
business-professional expectations
- Use internal tracking system for responding to debt management,
credit counseling and customer queries
- Document customer/vendor conversations and maintain accurate
account status
- Communicate with other departments regarding special
circumstances on customer accounts
- Perform other functions as assigned by managementWe're excited
