Serve as a lead administrator for the company's LMS platform (Cornerstone), proactively looking for ways to integrate system capabilities within the talent development and HR functional areas to enhance and progress training development throughout the company. Responsible for facilitating learning programs that drive employee development and engagement.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSFacilitate select internal courses focused on the leader and professional developmentFacilitate other courses as assigned for the divisionSuggest course improvements to program managers based on experience with facilitating the contentCoordinate with the program delivery team to optimize corporate materials and other course delivery logistics. Note: This role does not include any development program management responsibilitiesComfortable with travel - travel up to 20% of the time may be required. On average, will travel once per quarter, increasing during peak delivery periods. Most trips will be 2-3 days or less, occasionally longer when supporting special events such as milestone programs. Investigate and determine global, functional needsAdministers and monitors end-of-course surveys to assist with process improvement initiatives and strategiesWorks closely with administrative support and Division leadership to schedule and coordinate classes and create a published training scheduleADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES Other duties as required in support of the department, division, and company.SHIFT Requires the ability to work flexible shifts. May include periodic Saturdays or Sundays to support division training needs.PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTSASTM F-2412-2005, ANSI Z41-1999, or ANSI Z41-1991 rated safety-toed shoes and clear ANSI Z87.1 safety-rated glasses are required. This will be achieved through a comprehensive Environmental Management System that provides the framework for setting and reviewing environmental objectives and targets of Carlisle Interconnect Technologies.RequirementsQUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's Degree; Minimum 3 years of facilitation experienceStrong facilitation skills and demonstrated experience training professionals up to senior management level in both live in-person and live-virtual environmentsExperience working with clients/stakeholders to analyze existing practices, recommend improvements, and lead change initiatives as it relates to course deliveryDemonstrated experience with adult learning principles, learning development life cycle, evaluation of learning programsExperience in using concepts used to design and develop training materials on communication skills, written verbal communication, and leadership skills to suggest improvements that will enhance delivery/facilitationPossess exceptional problem-solving skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, and attention to detailExperience using design thinking and innovation practicesKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES Excellent group and face-to-face interaction skillsPresentation and facilitation skillsStrong planning and organizational skillsProficient with Microsoft Office products, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and ExcelComfortable communication with all levels of management and employees. Ability to work closely and productively with a wide variety of personalities and professional disciplinesBe flexible and team oriented. Ability to function independently in a multi-task environment, as well as part of a teamMust be able to work independently. It may include varying temperatures (heat and cold) and dust.The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet. The noise level in the plant is moderate to loud.This is an air-conditioned facility. The following are potential items encountered in the plant: fumes, dust, noise, and hazardous/toxic chemicals. Appropriate training is provided and documented based on job placement that complies with OSHA and EPA regulations.
