You'll build rapport, hunt motivation, crunch numbers, and close deals with motivated homeowners, while our team ensures each transaction is smooth and successful. This position is instrumental in the growth and success of our business, so we provide the tools and support our Acquisitions team needs to perform at their best. -The ideal candidate is persuasive, confident, and detail-oriented. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to provide outstanding service to clients. Responsibilities

• Call sellers to inquire about their properties (You are on the phone the majority of the day talking with potential sellers)
• Negotiate and overcome objections to get the contract signed, demonstrating the professionalism and integrity that our team prides itself on
• Set appointments to visit homes
• Assess the value of properties and put offers together (Use market trends, comps, data research, site walks, and outreach to assess property value and condition)
• Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task until deals are closed
• Be challenged to reach your goals and think outside the box
• Constantly be thinking of ways we can innovate and improve upon existing systems and processes to help grow and scale
  Qualifications
  • Track record of sales success
  • Salesforce skills are preferred but not required
  • Tech-savvy
  • Must be driven and passionate about real estate and goal-oriented
  • Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments
  • Willing to learn and embrace a new sales process
  • Willing to work hard, some nights or weekends if needed to get a deal done
  • Ability to think creatively and outside the box
    CompensationBase Salary + Commission (Expected earnings of $100,000+)
