Job Description We are seeking a Client Services Coordinator to join our team!You will be responsible forhelpingcustomers by providing product and service information and resolvingtechnical issues.

Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries and complaints
Attend all staff meetings
Provideinformation about the products and services
Troubleshoot and resolveproduct issues and concerns
Document and updatecustomer records based oninteractions
Organize paperwork
Develop and maintain a knowledgebase of the evolving products and services Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Positive attitude
- Teachable
