Senior Backend Engineer (Golang, Node, Javascript)Full-time or Part time - Remote (PST time zone) - EngineeringWhat does success look like for you? We need an experienced backend engineer to help us achieve this. You'll help shift the technological landscape within the company through experimentation and auditing of emerging tech stacks, while shaping the way a new technology is introduced to, and adopted by, new audiences throughout the world. Over $200 million in sales in the past 30 days and nearly 300k active users driven by organic growth. Our ideal candidate: Quickly gains proficiency when exposed to unfamiliar technical patterns, systems, or languages Is able to unblock individuals when they are faced with technical challenges Is a strong communicator who can collaborate well with other non-technical functions (e.g. Product & Design) Has the courage to try out new tools, fail fast, and dive into unknowns to solve new and challenging problems Experience building applications backed by a relational database such as Postgresql or MySQL --- Familiarity with Docker --- Experience software version control (Preferably Git) and continuous integration tools (Jenkins) Experience with Event Driven Architectures & Messaging brokers like Rabbitmq or Kafka a plus Experience with domain specific languages Lead Production Golang Developer Familiarity with Golang, RESTful services, Swagger, SQL, Json data interchange, and GIT. Production support and team lead and/or supervisory experience required ---3+ years of SaaS development experience is a must Working with interface development, and/or CRM systems a big plus Ability to execute on time-sensitive project deliverables For immediate response please respond directly back to this email to coordinate and introduction meeting ASAP.
