Description:--- Research and code a high volume of vendor invoices in paperless OnBase system.--- Reconciles processed work by verifying entries and comparing system report compensation schedules to balances due.--- Pays vendors by monitoring discount opportunities; verifying and resolving invoice, or payment discrepancies --- Insuring credit is received for outstanding memos and balances due by vendors.--- Correcting job cost errors by creating memos to correct any errors identified during month end review.--- Verifies vendor accounts by reconciling weekly/monthly statements and related transactions. --- Vendor aging statementsSkills:Accounts payable, Invoice processing, Payable, Reconciliation, payables, a/p, coding invoices, three way matching, purchase orderAdditional Skills & Qualifications:Onbase and Great Plains
