Job Title:Customer Planning Specialist Job PurposeThe Customer Planning Specialist is responsible for the execution of customer centric planning programs for all Southeastern Grocers banners and formats relevant to each customer demographic and season. This role is critical in ensuring all aspects of each event is executed on target, achieves sales and marketing goals, and mitigates the competition. Essential ResponsibilitiesResponsibility% Of TimePartner with Marketing, Merchandising, Operations, Finance, IT & Legal to execute end-to-end customer programs. Collaborate with other teams within Marketing to ensure 360 coverage of event execution, including: Brand Communication, Digital, Insights, Circular, Public Relations, and Print Production. Team up with the Manager, Customer Planning in the delivery of inspiring customer experiences across all banners, to generate new customers, drive increase to basket and traffic, and increase sales. 35%Support the fostering and leveraging of external business partnerships. Coordinate outside Project Management Agencies in the execution of customer programs, where required. 30%Influence key stakeholders to ensure all programs meet the needs of the customer and are delivered on-time. Collaborate with internal teams, and assist in building and maintaining SEGs Omni-channel Go To Market strategy. Responsible for day to day maintenance of the Sales Plan and its internal distribution.20%Measure performance for all campaigns, interpret the results and continuously improve the execution of future events through optimization. 15%Performs other job-related duties as assigned. Excellent organizational, planning and problem solving skills. Intense focus on detail and accuracy of work. Solid technical background with Microsoft Office and other data centric applications. Compliance with all company policies and procedures.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Preferred Prior retail marketing experience. Project management experience. Advanced degree in Communication, Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
