Job Description:

Our restaurant is family owned and run. We are customer-focused and dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are seeking a new Host/Hostess to join our team. Your role will be to greet and seat customers, answer the phone, take to-go orders, enter the order in our POS system, make sure the to-go is right before packaging it up and take payment from customer. As a member of the front of the house team, you will work with the front of the house shift leaders, servers, and bartenders and report to our General Manager. What You Will Do: Greet and seat tables Answer the phone Take to-go orders Enter the order in our POS system Verify the order is correct Package up the to-go order Take payment from customer What You Will Bring: Our ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of relevant experience and the following credentials/skills: High School or GED High energy level Excellent customer service and people skills Strong attention to detail Ability to work in a team Excellent verbal communication Why You'll Love Us: We unite around a common cause that brings the team together and ensures everyone is working toward the same goal.
