Job Summary: Healogics is the largest provider of advanced wound
care services in the United States, treating more than 300,000
chronic wound patients annually across over 600 sites. With an
aging society, obesity and diabetes on the rise, and an uptick in
surgical procedures, the number of patients with non-healing wounds
that would benefit from expert care is dramatically increasing. As

science, empower hospitals, and heal communities. Healogics is
looking for a B2B Demand Generation Strategist to join our evolving
team. A talented, multifaceted applicant will act as a content
creator, campaign driver, and branding aficionado. More
specifically, this role will be responsible to design and execute
multi-touch B2B customer journeys through creative strategies that
drive relevant engagement and grow the sales pipeline. As an
instrumental part of growing our B2B demand generation team, this
role will be responsible for nurturing leads through key campaign
activities. Execution of these activities may include writing copy,
creating email marketing content, designing landing pages and
building/maintaining reports. The ideal candidate has a passion for
a content-first marketing approach and comes with experience in
creative writing and managing customer relationship data.
Additional experience in HubSpot and Salesforce is a plus. The
Demand Generation Strategist will report to the Demand Generation
Manager and collaborate closely with several cross-functional teams
on a regular basis. In doing so, this role will help shape the
story of Healogics by creating impactful content that will
successfully move relevant customers through our sales funnel. All
Healogics employees must perform their job responsibilities
according to all Healogics policies, Hospital policies, as well as
to accrediting organizations, federal and state regulation, and to
the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) guidelines, as
applicable. Essential Functions/Responsibilities: Build, execute,
and optimize demand generation content and campaigns across
traditional and creative channels in collaboration with sales and
marketing to drive leads into the sales pipeline. BUILD Work
closely with Sales to understand customer hurdles during the stages
of deal-making. Create an annual DG content calendar. Define clear
and actionable strategic direction for DG content, that aligns with
the needs of the Sales team. Identify target audiences and key
demographics, interests, and online behaviour EXECUTE Formulate
outbound-focused content for nurture campaigns that include general
wound care education, news & updates, events, and other internal ad
hoc initiatives. Leverage data within Salesforce and HubSpot to
identify possible targets, and track campaign performance. Monitor
campaign effectiveness to improve on current strategies and
identify new opportunities to increase pipeline leads. OPTIMIZE
Monitor, measure, analyse, and report out performance of all demand
generation activities. Partner closely with cross-functional teams
to further optimize strategies to convert more MQLs into SQLs
(includes new business development, sales, marketing, operations,
and clinical teams). Improve upon existing customer personas;
ensure existing DG content is aligned to their interests; update
content as needed to further support alignment. Facilitate internal
stakeholder interviews to identify business objectives and subject
matter experts to keep content fresh. Coordinate and partner with
Demand Generation Manager to ensure activities align with business
goals and strategies. Perform all other duties as required.
Required Education, Experience and Credentials: Bachelor's degree
in Marketing, Business Administration or similar field required
Five (5) years related and relevant experience desired Required
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 5+ years' experience in B2B
marketing tactics and content creation designed to reach
executive-level personas (healthcare industry specific experience
preferred). Strong knowledge of demand generation process, tools,
and best practices. Experience building, managing, and reporting on
cross-platform and industry-specific campaigns. Proficient in
collaboration, reporting and organizational tools and
industry-standard platforms such as HubSpot and Salesforce Passion
for using technology in new and creative ways. Excellent attention
to detail, strong communication skills and solid work ethic. Highly
organized with excellent time and project management skills.
Ability to balance multiple demands and thrive in a collaborative
environment. Knowledge about email compliance (CAN-SPAM, GDPR,

position generally ranges between $66900 - $87400 / year. This
range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications:
education, experience, geography as well as operational needs and
other considerations permitted by law.
