Title : Tech Ops AdministratorLocation : Jacksonville, FL (5 days onsite)Duration : 6 Months possible hire after 6 months Compensation : $40.00 - $50.00 HourlyWork Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the USQualifications:5 years' experience or equivalent associate in science degreeSite support experience including related infrastructure technologies and complete site accountabilitySelf-motivated individual with desire to enhance their knowledge and continually develop their skillsetStrong customer service skillsStrong written and verbal communication skills at all levels (i.e., Executives and High-Touch Specialty Departments)Able to multitask and operate in a fast-paced support break/fix environmentAbility to quickly diagnose and resolve customer computer related issuesAbility to work on tasks independently and assess and execute with minimal directionAbility to lift computer equipmentAbility to work with and manage vendors and managed service providersAbility to serve as an escalation point for co-workers and single point of contact within IT (Information Technology) for an entire siteUnderstanding and application of service management methodologiesUnderstanding of current technologies and best practices in the information technology industryPositive team attitude with ability and desire to help the team continually improveIndustry certifications are a plusSome travel requiredEvent support is a plusHardware - PC, Laptop, Apple, VoIP Desk Phones, Telecom wiring, Printers, Peripheral equipment, Wireless Access PointsOperating Systems - Windows and Mac OS variantsSpecific Technology Products - Ethernet and voice/data cabling, networking and TCP/IP concepts, Apple mobile devices (iPhone/iPad), thin client hardware, Active Directory administration/troubleshooting, Intune and group policy troubleshooting, hardware imagingApplications - O365, Visio, Project, Edge, Citrix XenApp, Citrix XenDesktop, and Adobe productsSpecific skills not required, but a plus:IntunePowerShell Scripting (administrative tasks)Meraki Wireless Access PointsCloud-based VOIP administrationCitrix XenDesktopMacOSAudio and Video Conference HardwareResponsibilities:Participate in high performance team and contribute to teams goals and objectives.Apply advanced understanding of technology products and services to assist internal users.
