Primary Care Opportunities (Outpatient) in the Metro/Suburban Jacksonville, FL area North FL client looking to hire Family Practitioners and Internists for various sitesMust be Board certifiedExperience is a plus, but open!FL license preferredThey are a 55 plus provider organization with 4 main campuses and several affiliated campuses.The group is growing and also looking ahead to replace a few docs who are retiring soon. They are an independently owned Primary Care Physician Group that has provided medical care to the Jacksonville, Florida community for over 40 years. Per client, "As an organization, we highly value trusting relationships with our patients, a commitment to the highest quality of medical care, and a keen ability to coordinate our patients' journey through the healthcare system as a whole."Will see medicare patients for wellness visits Docs will be busy immediately!This will be strictly outpatient. The on-call rotation is approximately once every ten weeks for one week period intervals, commencing at 5:00 PM on the Friday of the scheduled call week and concluding at 6:00 AM on the following Friday of the same call week.Sites vary from Orange Park, Arlington, North Side, Intracoastal, Fleming Island, Ponte Vedra and more!Guaranteed income over time and then go to production- we have complete details on the compensation modelOur most productive providers follow the schedule of seeing patients in 15-minute appointment slots. The provider's medical assistants are very well trained prior to hitting the floor and assist the provider with the majority of the documentation so that the provider can spend more of their time with the patient. There will be monthly meetings with the physicians and the Executive Team to discuss any updates or changes and to also get feedback from the physicians. They use NextGen for EMR and have been recognized nationally for training and implementation.They also have their own Accountable Care Organization that has been in existence for the past three years.They have better than market rates with the Commercial Insurance Plans. Per client, "Additionally we are favorably positioned for Value Bases Reimbursement, MIPS and MACRA. Our agreements with Commercial Insurance Plans offer Shared Savings and Quality bonuses that are paid out the Providers based on their participation. We have a centralized Call Center that handles scheduling, referrals and patient follow up. An extensive is in place Care Coordination Team to focus on the most as risk patient populations.
