Job Description:
Our client is currently seeking a SANITATION MANAGER for their
facility in the Vidalia, GA areaResponsibilities:Ensure that
employee safety is a priority and correct and differences
immediatelyInstruct and train all sanitation employees to adhere to
good manufacturing processesMaintain the Sanitation records and
supervise the Master Sanitation scheduleMonitor and audit
sanitation programs well as make adjustments to SOP's or check
lists and packaging equipment cleaning systems to ensure optimal
operation.Communication between the Production Manager to ensure
the sanitation department has the correct amount of supplies and
manages all chemical orderingQualifications & Requirements:College
degree a plus, but not requiredHACCP certifiedStrong CIP
experienceStrong background within USDA regulated facilitiesOpen to
working a 1st shiftStrong background with Chemical ordering and
Master Sanitation Scheduling4+ years in food manufacturing within a
sanitation rolePrevious Leadership experienceBilingual is a
plus!
