Job Description ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIESThe Team Lead is responsible for assisting the Shift Lead & Plant Supervisor in supervising plant operationswithin an assigned area and delivering superior customer satisfaction by driving results and exceedingexpectations in the key areas of safety, service, quality and cost. Specific responsibilities include: Provide handson leadership as a Team Lead, responsible for mentoring and coaching production employeeswithin assigned area Ability to work production positions as needed.
