Job Description:The Escalations team is within the Credit Report
Escalations, Remediation and Litigation organization. This
organization is responsible for managing many of the CF&D
remediation projects and operational excellence, simplify and
improve efforts for CF&D. This individual contributor role
demonstrates leadership qualities responsible for the day-to-day
analysis, research and resolution of varied remediation projects.
Projects could include root cause analysis and remediation, Credit
Bureau Reporting exceptions and Consumer Reporting Agency (CRA)
rejects/illogical/stales.Required Skills:- Microsoft Office
Skills,- Ability to work under pressure in a team environment-
Self-motivated with good organizational skills- Ability to manage
escalated issues with professionalism and sensitivity- Adept with
hands on Training- Excellent communications skills- Work within
team environment and collaborate with others for solutions- Time
management is a must. Overall understanding of banking regulatory
requirements - Must be flexible and able to adapt well to
changeDesired Skills:--- Strives to bring new thoughts and ideas to
teams in order to drive innovation and unique solutions--- Excels
