• The Dividend Specialist is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of all mutual fund dividend distributions and reinvestments for their assigned mutual fund companies.
• This involves maintaining distribution calendars for both domestic and international fund groups, monitoring email communications from fund agents, creating transactions within the dividend system for downstream processing, and preparing trade logs for manual dividend reinvestments.
  
  Required Skills:
• Forty plus hours per week is the expectation, with a significant amount of overtime being required towards year-end.
• Attendance and punctuality are essential components of the position; therefore, unexcused absences and tardiness could result in dismissal.
