Job Description:
Duties--- You will serve as the government's designated
representative, and immediate point of contact to the contractor's
representative.--- You will develop strong relationships with BOSC
workforce, leads, and management.--- You will work independently
and forecast workload to develop assessment schedules.--- You will
provide data/reports/information prior to the expiration of
established deadlinesRequirements Conditions of Employment--- Must
be a US Citizen.--- Must be determined suitable for federal
employment.--- Must participate in the direct deposit pay
program.--- New employees to the Department of the Navy will be

obtain and maintain a current valid United States driver's

to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card
for travel and travel-related purchases.--- You will be required to
wear personal protective equipment such as helmets, gloves,
coveralls, glasses, goggles, respirators and safety shoes while
conducting site visits.--- This position may require travel from
normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or
isolated sitesYou must be able to travel on military and commercial
aircraft for extended periods of time.--- You will be required to
complete ethics orientation within three months of appointment and
submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, OGE-450, within
30 days of appointment.--- This position is subject to work an
uncommon tour, including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet
mission requirementsOvertime or night differential pay and/or
unusual duty hours may be required.--- This is an obligated

under PL 86-585Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least
one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09
grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent
experience in the private or public sectorSpecialized experience
must demonstrate the following: 1) Evaluating the contractor's work
against measurable performance standards by applying assessment
methods; 2) Monitoring contractor performance work on facilities,
systems and infrastructure of complex technical nature to include
utilities systems (electrical, water, sewer, wastewater),
industrial HVAC and controls, fire protection, rounds maintenance,
waste disposal, pest management, custodial, etc.; 3) Monitoring
operations to determine if work schedules are being followed by
contractors; 4) Ensuring contractors follow the proper safety
principles, practices, regulations, and standards applicable to the
base operations support functions; 5) Planning, organizing, and
facilitating the necessary performance meetings with the customer
and the contractor to help maintain mutual understandingsAdditional

programThe actual work may be performed either indoors or
outdoorsThe employee may be exposed to extreme temperature, dust,
dirt, poor ventilation, and dampness when the assessment of
projects are outsideThe employee may be assigned to observe work in
area when certain potential or harmful physical chemical agents are
presentThese agents may include, but are not limited to fumes,
dust, noise, heat, ionizing and non-ionizing radiation, chemicals,
etcTo ensure employee safety and health, NAVFAC SE maintains
personnel protection programs consistent with applicable laws and
regulationsThe incumbent is required to respond after normal work
hours and work overtime on an emergency basis, and is required to
provide a 24 hour emergency contact numberEmergency and/or after
