Washington.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule in-home and virtual appointments for
providers and clinical staff
Utilize scheduling software to manage schedules efficiently
Collaborate with operational and clinical teams to address
scheduling gaps and optimize productivity
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
2+ years of work experience in a healthcare setting
Reside within the state of Washington
Preferred: Call center or scheduling experience
Preferred: Experience with patient communication protocols and in a
value-based healthcare setting
