Job Description:
A company is looking for a Subgrant Specialist to support and
manage subgrantees through oversight, training, and evaluation.
Key Responsibilities
Administer pre-award activities, including evaluating potential
subgrantees and managing documentation
Oversee implementation and closeout processes, ensuring compliance
and timely reporting from subgrantees
Provide training and resources to staff on subgrant procedures and
maintain accurate subgrant documentation
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related
field
Minimum three years of experience in grant/contract administration,
with at least two years in subgrant administration
Knowledge of funding rules and regulations related to philanthropic
and corporate giving
Experience managing subgrant processes in an international
organization
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce and
grant management software is a plus
