Apply Description SUMMARY OF POSITION: This position requires an employee to be able to perform all functions necessary to successfully assist potential and current MoneySolver clients, while providing F.I.R.E. (Fully Informed, Reasonable Expectations) and I.C.E. (Ideal Client Experience) on every call. You will be the first point of contact for inbound potential customers and clients who contact our call center offices. In this Tax Solution Analyst role, you will qualify potential customers and determine if MoneySolver can assist with their IRS and state tax issues. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: --- Answer incoming phone calls, and properly qualifying all potential clients, while following the MoneySolver Scripts, Talk Track, and Ownership of File protocols --- Meet or exceed the minimum Goal Requirements of 20+ Dials and at least 1 transfer per hour worked. --- Analysts must also provide proper F.I.R.E. and I.C.E. to current MoneySolver clients, while ensuring they are connected with the appropriate department or representative. --- Assist with Special Projects - on an as needed basis. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: --- Minimum education is High School Diploma or --- Proficiency with the MS Office Applications --- 1+ Years of Customer Service, preferably in Call Center setting SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES: --- Schedule flexibility required, including schedule rotation --- Excellent conversation skills required --- Professionalism with customers and co-workers is a must --- Excellent customer service skills --- Ability to thrive in a high-energy, positive call center environment --- Every employee is held to high personal and professional standards --- Expected to multi-task and quickly learn new products and services --- Excellent documentation and data entry skills required --- Ability to quickly assess customer and client issues is essential --- Ability to type at least 40 words per minute PHYSICAL DEMANDS: --- While performing the responsibilities of the Tax Solution Analyst, the employee is required to talk and hear. Vision abilities required by the job are close vision.
