Ironclad has multiple openings for an APPLICATION SYSTEM ANALYST at
NAS Jacksonville and NAS Mayport in Jacksonville, FL. The SHARP,
ACTS/SHARP LMS, CV-SHARP Application System Analysts and T-SHARP
Curriculum Specialist/Analyst provide broad, in-depth support to
Naval Aviation Units (Fleet, FRS and NAVTRACOM), Type Wing Staffs,
aircraft carriers and TYCOMs. They maximize and enhance user
ability to make use of application functionality as training
management systems (TMS) and learning management systems (LMS).
Responsibilities * Provide comprehensive remote or in-person
application support, system diagnostics and repair or network
* Respond rapidly to customer issues via email, telephone, and

* Escalate urgent problems requiring more in-depth
knowledge/technical access to appropriate internal resources.

applications in both classified and unclassified environments.
* User Training Deliver recurring, classroom-style training as well
as informal, on-the- spot training to end users regarding
configuration, operation, and data analysis of their respective
applications. Generate training material.
* Provide personnel with the database management, development and
implementation of application specific features such as flight
schedules, reports, readiness matrices and training syllabi.
* Requirements Management Follow strict Capability Maturity Model
Integration processes for requirements management.
* Reports Generation Use Structured Query Language (SQL) and other
internal tools to create canned and ad-hoc reports per user
requests. Instruct users in the building of ad- hoc reports as
* Support the Ship Alteration process. Coordinate with RMMCO
personnel and all other supporting agencies in the execution of
system upgrades, refreshes, and initial installations.
* Application system analyst leads for each application is
responsible for managing the customer support staff, activity, and
goals. Ensures that staff has all necessary information needed to
provide technical support to end-users of the organization's
products. May interact with teams responsible for installation and
implementation to ensure client expectations are met.
* The SHARP Enterprise Suite has AACS teams assigned to each of the
following projects: SHARP, ACTS/SHARP LMS, CV-SHARP, and T- SHARP.
The numbers and locations of the AACS representatives are detailed
in the below table under each application. Each of the AACS Teams
perform functions that are unique to the specific project s
requirements and therefore must be present at each on-site
location. The government will not consider merging/overlapping /
replacing these AACS teams with alternative methods.
* For ACTS/SHARP LMS: Provide technical support to third party
courseware vendors to include remote virtual LMS Test instance
support, SCORM and LMS format (manifest) courseware compliance and
production courseware loading support
Skills * High comfort level with Microsoft Windows and Office
products. Experience with relational databases and SQL is
preferred. Working knowledge of Internet Information Services (IIS)
is a plus.
* Extensive background in military Aviation, Operations or
Maintenance, is required for this position including five years
dealing directly with operational squadrons, training squadrons,
military SYSCOMs, or Staff commands.
* Experience with daily system administration of Windows servers
and client laptops to include installation, configuration, backup
management, hardware/software troubleshooting, and the deployment
and replication of applications..
