Operate 24/7 4 Shifts* 2 Days (6:45am to 7pm)* 2 Nights (6:45pm to 7am)* ABCD Shifts* 15 minute overlap for change overPay Rates* Day Shift - $13.00/hour* Night Shift - $15.00/hourFull-Time Employees* Base - $14.00/hour* Shift Premium - $17.00/hourDress Code* Closed toe shoes* Long pants (no holes, torn jeans)* Safety glasses (PPE provided)Breaks/Lunch* 20 minutes paid break (first break)* 30 minutes unpaid lunch* 15 minute paid (before end of shift)Quality Control Inspector - Packer Job Summary: To work safely and efficiently with multiple automatic injection molding machines and assembly machines simultaneously to ensure operation of equipment and to ensure quality of parts produced. Prerequisites for Education/Experience: High School diploma or equivalent. Communicate verbally and in writing (English). Intermediate math and literacy level required. Physical Abilities Needed to Perform Essential Job Functions: Must be able to squat, lift and carry up to 25 pounds. Ability to see clearly, with or without corrected lenses. Must be able to stand, walk, squat, kneel bend and/or sit for long periods of time. Good manual dexterity required. Excellent attendance and the flexibility to work overtime as needed. Essential Job Functions include but are not limited to: Employee will visually monitor the process to ensure proper operation Employee is responsible for visually inspecting the parts to ensure they meet written specifications. Employee is responsible for working on product lines. May work on one or more lines. Employee will notify production techs and/or shift supervisor when alarms on the injection molding machinery or assembly machinery are sounding. Employee will remove molded parts from injection molding presses, conveyors, or assembly machines. Employee will make written entries to record lot numbers as well as production data and communicate to co-workers and management, both verbally and in writing, any deviations from normal procedure or product specifications. Employee will carry out and document line clearances Employee will monitor the packaging process to ensure that it is keeping with the output of finished product. Employee will lift and move totes and boxes. Employee may be asked to perform various quality duties as needed. Employee is responsible for keeping his/her work area clean, neat, and safe Employee will assist co-workers as needed. Employee will work a rotating work schedule. Employee will also be required to perform additional duties as assigned and will assist the manufacturing supervisors and production technicians as directed.
