Job Description:
McKesson requires new employees to be fully vaccinated for

accommodation requests.Reporting to the GSO Sr Manager, the Sr
Transportation Analyst will support efficiently and effectively the
Domestic and International Freight function across McKesson's
various Business Units worldwide. You will be proficient in
planning, annual Contracting/Freight Bidding, performance measuring
of partners via QBRs with KPIs and Scorecarding for International
Freight operations. This position is responsible for managing the
day to day logistics operations both at origin and domestically for
all operations worldwide. You will facilitate the creation of new
control tower at origin to include new IT systems, processes, SOP
for end to end supply chain functions. Your key interactions will
be with Chinese suppliers, productions team for full end to end
supply chain. You will be responsible for sourcing relationships in
geographical area of location and will manage relationships with
multiple 3PL providers in support of ocean, road, air, warehousing,
etc.Key Responsibilities:Experience in global freight across via
multi modal areas of transport. Current focus is ocean, rail,
truck, air to include all forms of medical materials (dry goods,
reefer, dangerous goods).Support mergers of new business via SOPs,
Contracts, KPIs and Scorecards.Ownership of customer, forwarder,
3PL supplier setup and onboarding into multiple systems.Engage in
annual Request for Proposal (RFP) freight biding processes for the
growing number of businesses into the US, Canada and Europe,
including pharma and temp control products.Understand budget
preparation working to forecast freight targets.Profit/ROI analysis
for landed costs calculations for new launch items.Freight Spend
analysis, invoicing/accounting support.Familiar with delivery terms
and Inco payment terms.Domestic US logistics experience leveraging
multimodal usage.Accounts Payable functions to include invoicing
processing, escalation, and resolution. Initiate negotiating of
freight rates effective for a 12 month during RFP each
year.Complete ownership of multiple carrier/3PL relationships for
varied logistical functions (ocean, air, warehouse, operations,
booking, control tower).Prepare monthly reporting on finance, score
carding, metrics.Support to build service level agreements and
contracts with global carriers, po management agents and Non-Vessel
Owners (NVO's)/Freight Forwarders. Relationship management will be
key to support current operations during pandemic
environment.Familiarity with legal terms for boilerplate and
contracting negotiations. Assist legal counsel as SME in freight
and logistics terms for document preparation.Seek business
improvements and cost reduction opportunities.Engage in change
management projects and special projects for multiple BU's.Familiar
with Electronic Document Interface (EDI), cloud-based bidding tools
and other automated systems to streamline business processes.
Familiar with new technologies and systems to improve process,
reduce costs, visibility.Assist with statistics monthly for
International Freight Reports to senior Management and business
stake holders internally.Support Request for Information (RFI)
questionnaire for all new partners to complete prior to engaging in
business.Support to draft SOPs, detailing the procedures on RFP and
RFI, Contracts etc for International Freight Operations.Maintain
key relationships with product suppliers in geographical area. Act
as sourcing and operational support, represent BU at local
level.Maintain excellent day to day relationships and
communications with the all key stakeholders in the supply chain -
manufacturers, freight forwarders / carriers, various business
unit's personnel in, but not limited to China, Malaysia, India,
Taiwan, Thailand, Philippines, Korea, Slovenia, Austria, Poland,
Canada, UK, Germany, France, Austria, Slovenia Ireland and the US.
This could include occasional communication during local origin
times.Support various BU's in resolving freight invoicing or
operational issues. Key partners with accounting, multiple
procurement groups and sourcing mangers.Support other departments
in training and use of new IT systems.Project Management

years' experience in International Freight Forwarding, Planning,
Logistics and/or distribution with global experience across all
modes of transport for standard, pharma and temp controlled
goods.Critical Skills:Good knowledge of Inco payment and delivery
terms.Have experience and understanding of issues and working
practices in the Asia, US, Canadian and European logistic markets,
business mergers and have established networks in the
industry.Direct experience working with government bodies based in
Europe and USA on standards required to import goods such as
Customs, C-TPAT, Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) EU Revenue, CBP
and Food & Drug Administration (FDA) requirements.Additional

travel, both regional and international will be required as part of
