a Groundskeeper/Light Maintenance Tech to join the Team! The main
function of this position is the overall upkeep and cleanliness of
our apartment community.
Requirements:
--- General maintenance or cleaning experience--- Demonstrate an
ability to support and contribute to the team--- Must possess a
positive attitude--- Neat, clean, and professional---
Self-motivated--- Attendance is an imperative job
functionResponsibilities:--- Effective and efficient completion of
all cleaning tasks--- Walk and inspect community grounds---
Disposing of debris and trash within the community--- Coordinate
