As a Call Center Representative, you must be highly motivated and competitive, with a strong work ethic and exceptional communication skills. You'll be trained on setting appointments and generating leads, as well as the basics of solar, in order to effectively convey information verbally, enhancing your negotiation and interpersonal skills.
