Job Description:

Seeking an experienced, ambitious carpenter or painter with excellent problem-solving skills to perform a wide variety of services which include, but are not limited to, drywall installation and repair, painting, floor covering installation and repair (vinyl, ceramic tile, carpet tile, wood), concrete repair, carpentry, woodworking, fixture assembly and installation, shelving/cabinetry installation, pressure washing, etc. Sign On Bonus : $1000.00 - payable after completing 90 days of work and a favorable review from hiring manager. Salary: $23.00 - $25.00 p/h Benefits:

Eligibility to drive a company vehicle Preference will be given to carpenters or painters who can proficiently hang and finish drywall and possess excellent brush/roll painting skills. Requirements:

• Responsible, punctual and demonstrate good judgement.
• Ability to work some early mornings, nights, and weekends.
• Possess a reliable work vehicle, a valid driver's license, and clean driving record.
• Must have some of your own hand and power tools.
• Well-spoken and an effective communicator.
• Familiar with cellphones, tablets, and other wireless devices and knowledgeable in their use.
• Neat, professional appearance.
• Pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Can lift 50 lbs.
• Experience in construction, renovations, and remodeling.
• Experience in carpentry.
• Experience in Painting.
