child.Great Strides Rehabilitation is seeking a Full time or
part-time Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to work in one
of our clinics in Jacksonville, FL. BCBA's with Great Strides is
responsible to complete supervision and program oversight to our
skilled RBTs, in addition to providing some individual and small
group instruction to children aged 2-18. Services are provided in
clinical and community settings, such as public and private
schools. Great Strides Rehabilitation has been serving the
community of Jacksonville and the surrounding areas since 2004.

Education: Must have a minimum of a Master's Degree in Psychology
or a related field and Certification: Currently certified as a
Board Certified Behavior Analyst BCBA. Job Responsibilities include
but are not limited to:
- Provide quality supervision and program oversight to RBT's and
BCaBA's on assigned cases
- Collaborate with families to assist them in determining short
and long term goals
- Provide instruction for children with varying disabilities
- Use curriculum and methodologies/strategies to teach a variety
of skill acquisition types such as play, communication, self-help,
replacement, and academic behaviors
- Collect and input data daily
- Write and implement individualized behavior plans to include
the use of PCM procedures
- Collaborate and work with other disciplines and community
providers (such as school teachers)
- Work independently and demonstrate initiative
Qualifications:
- Must be fun, upbeat, energetic, and creative
- Must be able to sit on the floor on the ground and move easily
in this capacity
- Must be able to lift small children
- Must be able to teach and assist with toileting

Part-timeCompensation: $65,000 to $80,000, Commensurate with
experience and education. We also offer an additional bonus
