work at our corporate office in Riverside, Jacksonville, FL. This
position will lead the onboarding of new locations from a
technology perspective and provide support for Cloud applications,
Windows10, End point security, and diagnosed hardware and
printer/scanner issues.Experience:Computer Hardware (Desktops,
Laptops, printers, tablets, mobile/desk phones)Software (Windows
10, Office 365, Web browsers, Anti-virus, SharePoint)Telecom
(Cable, Dedicated Internet, Voice, Fax, VoIP)Network (Meraki SD
Wan, Azure, Intune MDM) Light understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP,
and basic knowledge of network security technologies
preferredEducation: Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent
experience with pertinent continuing
education.Responsibilities:Manage the hardware implementation of
new locationsAdminister and manage Windows & cloud application
systems, including configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and
automation.User Management and support, including onboarding &
offboarding employees, Active Directory experience (setting up new
and terminating users, resets)Provide 1st tier training onsite to
new usersProvide 2nd tier and end-user support for issues not
resolved at the help desk.Handle on premise hardware
problems.Support users wireless and LAN/WAN network
connectivityAssist with hardware rollouts and upgrades.Maintain,
build, and update repository of knowledge base articles and
documented SOPsQualifications:IT Support: 3 years (Required)Windows
10: 3 years (Required)HIPAA Environment: 2 yearsProject
ManagementCustomer Service experienceProblem Solving and
troubleshooting experienceApplicant selected will be subject to a
criminal, employment, credit, and motor vehicle background
checkPosition Requirements:Flexibility to accommodate after-hours
and weekend implementationsAbility to travelAbility to work
independentlyAbility to lift up to 50 poundsValid driver's license
and insurance with reliable transportation.Travel:Able to travel to
