*SUMMARY: *Responsible for determining and understanding service
related business needs, documenting the business requirements,
recommending functionality and driving the effort to completion
with focus on the Procurement to Pay cycle within the Oracle
system. *GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: *Directs, defines, documents and
carries out small to medium projects actively participating in all
phases. Identify, assess and manage risks to ensure the project
success. Manage the investigation of operational requirements,
organizational designs, problems and opportunities, seeking
effective business solutions through improvements in automated and
non-automated components of new or changed processes. Manage the
analysis of business processes; identifies alternative solutions,
assesses feasibility and recommends new approaches. Contribute to
evaluating factors which must be addressed in the change program
which help establish requirements for the implementation of changes
in the departmental business process. Use appropriate tools,
including use cases, process models, non functional requirements,
user interface wireframes, to contribute to the development of
systems architectures in specific business or functional areas that
are maintainable and supportable. Specifies test environment for
whole life-cycle testing. May create and/or assist in training
internal users within the organization.. *EDUCATION: *Bachelor's
degree in computer science, business, information systems, or a
related field; or equivalent combination of post high school
education and experience equal to four (4) years.* * *EXPERIENCE:
*3 years of experience in requirements gathering, configuration and
implementation of Oracle systems with emphasis on Procurement,
Payables, Payments, Approval Workflow and Subledger accounting. 3
years of experience with Oracle Financials and 2 years of Oracle
Cloud experience with P2P enterprise-wide solutions preferred.
*TECHNICAL PROFICIENCY: *Proficient with Microsoft Office products,
including Word, Outlook, Excel and SharePoint. *COMPETENCIES:
*Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing,
including conveying technical information to technical and
non-technical users. Ability to establish and maintain effective
working relationships with internal/external business partners.
Ability to document existing and new processes. Ability to
prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments
simultaneously. Ability to utilize problem solving skills. Ability
to identify complex problems and review related information to
develop and evaluate options and implement solutions. Ability to
interface business applications with other systems. Ability to
effectively manage, deliver and coordinate projects across multiple
organizations that may vary in nature and scope while applying
project management methodology. Knowledge of applicable computer
software and operating systems. Knowledge of and the ability to
utilize tools, concepts, principles and practices of data
collection, analysis and testing. Knowledge of various business
systems in the marketplace as it relates to the industry and/or
domain and able to demonstrate and apply operational standards,
best practices and align it with the organization strategic
objectives. *JOB SCOPE: *Position impacts multiple business
units/segments. *WORKING CONDITIONS: *Normal office environment
with little exposure to excessive noise, dust, temperature and the
