  • Build a network of your peers from across the organizationTHIS POSITION IS FOR A JUNE 26, 2023 START.ABOUT THE TEAMThe Commercial Office is a diverse team of 9 located across Europe and North America. The team has a mix of skills ranging from deep industry expertise to high caliber enterprise sales, and we are all dedicated to each other and towards enabling our division to meet its financial and sales targets. Despite being geographically dispersed, we meet together at least once a week, have regional workshops, and direct 1-1 sessions regularly - we're a very sociable bunch! That social spirit and atmosphere is vital in all that we do - we help bring functions together, are an enabler to other teams, and provide motivation and energy across the organization. Our team purpose is to "Accelerate sales and revenue growth through distribution innovation, expansion and efficiency" and this means working with ALL functional areas of our business. Due to the nature of our product lines, it also means working with ALL divisions of FIS - meaning that Commercial Office team members have unique access to virtually every area of FIS, enabling (and encouraging and utilizing) relationships with stakeholders from across the company.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOINGThis role requires a highly energized, resourceful and collaborative individual who will:
    • Manage critical commercial programs that drive revenue and financial performance for the group (examples include our license renewals program, client audit program, sales "road to home" program)
    • Liaise with our finance team to understand financial projections, sales expectations and key business metrics
    • Support our Commercial Directors in reviewing, risk rating, and evaluating our in-quarter and full-year sales pipeline
    • Perform detailed sales pipeline and sales achievement analysis
    • Provide regular executive and stakeholder reportingWHAT YOU BRING
      • Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
      • Fluent in English; Strong written and communication skills
      • Adaptability, a drive to learn, and strong problem-solving skills
      • Ability to work well independently and within a teamADDED BONUS IF YOU HAVE
        • An excellent knowledge of Excel (VBA / Macros / Vlookups), data analysis and reporting
        • A good sense of humor and collaborative nature
