expert in -ERP Supply Chain and Materials Management. - -This
position is responsible for managing and expanding the use of
supply chain processes at Brooks Rehabilitation including but not
limited to purchasing, receiving, -inventory and EDI integrations.
- A solid understanding of supply chain integration with AP and GL
is preferred. - -By analyzing trends and suggesting workflow
improvements you will work with cross functional teams to improve
processes and systems. -Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day Oracle Applications support to end users
which includes troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Configure supply chain workflows in cloud ERP including system
wide purchasing
- Configure and support EDI purchasing integration.
- Configure and support file transfer processes between cloud ERP
and other systems.
- Understand Oracle cloud security and user provisioning. -
Review existing roles and create custom roles as requested. -
- Develop reports in OTBI
- Understand ERP integration and develop functional requirements,
testing and validation.
- Gather and document functional requirements for process flows
and reports
- Identify functionality gaps and developing solutions to
them
- Perform administration, design and development of Oracle
ERP
- Collect, create and maintain documentation to provide system
and process flow documentation for auditing and
troubleshooting.
- Engage business users spanning multiple business units and
ensure cohesive articulation of business goals and processes to
ensure effective technology solutions
- Liaison between Finance, Accounting, Purchasing and the IT
department
- Help drive creative effective solutions to business
problems
- Verify integrity and accuracy of data fields and data
output.
- Research and resolve issues and root causes related to data
exceptions.
- Properly handle confidential company and supplier
information.
- Comply with IT change management processes Job Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree and 3 years' Financial ERP experience or
minimum of 5 years of ERP experience. Oracle cloud preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple task
assignments
- Thorough understanding of ERP systems including
configuration
- Thorough understanding of financial and supply chain processes

- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the
ability to exercise mature judgment
- Excellent computer software and web-based applications skills,
including Windows, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio
- Effective organizational, written, and verbal communication
skills.

Blvd South, Jacksonville, FL 32216 Hours: Monday - Friday, 40 hours
per week - Compensation:Experience, education and tenure may be
